Happy St. Patrick's Day!

My kids' (half) Irish eyes are smiling because we're celebrating our (50%) Irish heritage in green style!

It's back and it's got shamrocks on it this time! My versatile bunting is really coming in handy!

Thanks to my super talented and imaginative friend Jeromina over at Paper Plate and Plane, I made these adorable Lucky Leprechaun hats for Wesley's class. They're sure to be a hit! Click HERE for her detailed instructions.

  1. Aw, you're so sweet, Melanie. I'm so happy to see you tried out the hats and I love the 2-ribbons even more than one wide one (for the look of it PLUS I'm sure it's far less bunching around the curve -- that's a great idea!). :) Your work is spectacular, as always! I'm getting hungry looking at those cupcakes.

P.S. Been thinking about emailing you for the past 3 weeks, don't know how I can contact you other than these comments...

  2. Hi Jeromina! You'res are still cuter but I gave it the old college try! Delivering the whole batch to the kids at school today. They will be so excited! Thanks for letting me feature YOUR idea!!! Email me any time at
